JMS-40-Mht: OVERVIEW

The JMS-40-MHT is a complete dust collection system.

Our Hybrid units utilise an electric motor to power the centrifugal fan, hydraulic rotary augers and valves, working in tandem with an on-board diesel engine driving the motorized tracks.

One of its key components is the inclusion of a Variable Speed Drive (VSD) ensuring that it provides maximum air flow while using minimum power, reducing power consumption by up to 40%.

Key features include:

  • Dirty Air Intake: For contaminated air entry.

  • Filter House: Captures dust particles.

  • Clean Air Box: Ensures clean air discharge.

  • Silencer: Reduces operational noise.

  • Exhaust: Expels filtered air.

  • Dust Discharge System: Collects and disposes of dust.

  • Centrifugal Fan: Powers airflow.

Mounted on a single manoeuvrable track-mounted skid base, handling airflow of 40 m³/s (85,000 CFM) at - 3 kPa.
